There is an incentive for Iran and Turkey to cooperate on Syria, as both countries are faced with a huge burden from the fallout from the conflict. If they can identify issues they agree on, they can work toward an eventual resolution.

The irony of the fate is that President of the United States Barack Obama had to broker Israels or the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahus defeat to Turkey in the Middle East - though he could not wrestle with Israel in Washington.
In addition to a big plus in the diplomatic success column of Turkey, for the sake of being realistic however, the structural issues such as the Turkish-Israeli conflict over the regional vision and the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, etc. should be taken into consideration.
Israel, with its attack on Gaza, has tried the United States. The results of this test show that America is still behind Israel.
We will continue to witness a U.S. policy striving to adjust to the process in Syria. Nevertheless, this policy is not one that is pregnant with revolutionary turning points!
